The universe has been preparing me for my awakening for two years. The second year I was very sad. I went to the doctor and tried to explain my feelings but she didn't recognize it and attributed it to menopausal symptoms given my age of 58 years at the time. The universe showed me what was wrong with the family I was born into. I got a lot of information on the internet about what tactics narcissists use to control people and how to stand up for yourself and set boundaries. My first awakening was like a lightning bolt from a video on YouTube that talked about the dark demonic side of narcissism. That was the switch that made everything fall into place. Everything went very fast then and I tried to remove negative energy from my house, but it was not easy, I was exhausted from decluttering. Jewelry, including heirlooms that I had received, I took to a buyer, I no longer had a good feeling about it. From the proceeds I booked a session with Denzo Mos who is an expert in setting empaths free. He made a lot of videos with clear information and I started processing all the information. I cut off contact with my family because I realized that I was the scapegoat all my life and that I was destined to break a generational curse.I was a single mother of two adult daughters and the first months after my awakening I told them a number of things but not everything about the process I was going through. I thought that my daughters would also go through a spiritual awakening and that they would see that their partners had narcissistic traits. In the session with Denzo Mos I had also told him that the plan was for both my daughters to wake up as well. However, he immediately saw through the situation and with angelic patience he let me discover for myself what the truth was. So in July 2025 was my first awakening and I thought I was holding my own in the battle between the dark and the light, but I hadn't counted on the second awakening in December 2025. Until the very last moment, I trusted my daughters completely and believed that they had my best interests at heart. Unreal how wrong you can be. It was very painful to discover that they too have been used by the darkness to destroy me before I can complete my mission on this planet. I remember the moment years ago when they were both beaming and triumphantly telling me that they had made a deal but that they couldn't tell me what it entailed. I respected that as usual, but now I realize that they made a very sad choice at that moment. It is very painful anyway that everyone around me has been used by the darkness from day 1 of my life. Narcissism is a problem that needs to be solved, it is a spiritual illness. My two awakenings were a divine interference and I am very grateful to be a chosen one. I love the guidance and the people who have brought the highest power into my life to help me. Chosen ones don't have an easy life before it's their time to awaken, but that's part of their training: together they form an army of earth angels to bring a positive change to this world. If you could see the forces protecting them, you would understand that you can't mess with a chosen one because the consequences are enormous.

The beautiful appearance of a chosen one is a blessing to everyone they come into contact with. Their presence immediately improves the person or company. They bring inspiration, they offer solutions and know how to release energy in a team or community. They are often chosen ones who challenge, introduce new ideas and motivate others to achieve more. However, when they feel unappreciated or realize that they are putting their energy into the wrong person, they will withdraw. When a chosen one leaves, they lose more than just an individual. The departure of someone with such a beautiful aura and so much positive energy leaves a void that cannot be filled. For the rest of their lives they will regret not respecting the chosen one.

You have probably thought of someone who has narcissistic traits or, one step further, that person has a narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). That is what the world calls the bad behavior of these people and that is not okay. It is useful that they describe the tactics that narcissists use such as gaslighting, stalking, copy cat, manipulation, word salad, love bombing and so on. It makes you aware of how narcissists work, but by claiming it is a personality disorder they keep you asleep.

A Chosen one is someone with a special destiny or unique task in this world. These individuals often have the courage, perseverance and strength to create change, even in the most difficult situations. A Chosen one is an empath but not every empath is a Chosen one.

When you discover what narcissism really is, you will also see that a narcissist is always in a loop, they keep repeating the same script and they know nothing different. If you look at the world, the matrix, you see that they also try to keep your life in a loop, but the difference is that you can break free. Since high school, it has been instilled in me that I have to work and earn my own income. The 9 to 5 mentality in particular was a persistent belief for me that has robbed me of much of my zest for life. Government slogans such as “a smart girl is prepared for her future” made matters worse.

Domestic violence is often related to narcissistic abuse. When psychological violence no longer suffices, narcissists can turn to physical violence. They try to put you in a state of fear because if you are on a low frequency they can drain your energy. Both men and women can become victims of domestic violence. It's not you, you're not doing anything wrong, narcissistic abuse is a spiritual war. Watch the video below and learn to protect yourself.

A generational curse refers to problems or behaviors that are passed down from one generation to the next. This may involve issues such as relationship problems, addiction, financial difficulties, emotional trauma and all kinds of other problems. Most chosen ones are generational curse breakers, they are born into a dysfunctional, narcissistic family where they can break the curse, they are made into a scapegoat by such a family.

From the moment you are born the enemy will attack you because they cannot tolerate your light. The enemy knows perfectly well that you are a chosen one but will still try to make you fearful. They make you afraid of certain situations, people or objects and when you are not feeling well and are vibrating at a low frequency, they strike by showing these fears to you. God and the universe see all this and let you experience it to learn from it. Don't worry, they won't let things get out of hand, you are protected.

“Love is the energy that opens all doors” is a statement by Louise Hay and that is true. I have often experienced that God placed me in the love frequency for protection because I was not yet familiar with energies and frequencies. That also happened when I had to deal with body jumping. Body jumping is when something jumps from one person's body to the next person's body. It's not science fiction, the enemy likes to use it. In the film Fallen 1998 starring Denzel Washington something similar happens but it can go in different ways. When you experience it, it depends on what makes you anxious and the enemy plays on that. As an empath or chosen one, you will have to deal with narcissistic abuse. It can be through family, friends, in a relationship or in the (work) environment. You are a warm, sincere and friendly person with a very beautiful light and narcissists come to that light like moths to a flame. You are connected to the divine source and receive love and energy in a natural way. Narcissists are disconnected from this source and seek to take your blessings and energy to fill their dark void. To steal that from you they play a dirty game and they know no boundaries.

The battle between the light and the dark is a spiritual warfare, it goes back centuries and centuries. Chosen ones are often old souls who have come to this world several times to fight and bring light and love. Narcissism is a persistent problem but once it is eradicated the world will right itself.

Empaths and chosen ones you are going to be selective with the information you let in. In the world, the matrix, we are constantly inundated with information and it can be difficult to stay focused on the truth. Every notification, email or social media post grabs your attention even if it is not directly relevant. By consciously dealing with information you can prevent you from receiving negative energy from a low vibrational frequency.
