Cut the cords

Once you understand that you are dealing with narcissists and their nasty games, it is time to cut the cords for good. The first step is to stop making contact and deny access to you. Every empath and chosen one is unique, so the learning process you go through is also unique. God and the universe guide you all the time in the process of letting go and guide you to your life purpose. Once the process has started, you will be surprised at what is brought your way to help you, sometimes without you even realizing it. Unknown people help keep your vibration high so you don't get stuck on the low narcissist frequency.
